When will I receive my order?

Order Placed: Delivery Day:
Mon - Thu BEFORE 2pm Next day between 8.30am & 6pm
Mon - Thu AFTER 2pm
Fri BEFORE 2pm Monday between 8.30am & 6pm
Friday AFTER 2pm Tuesday between 8.30am & 6pm

 

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive and e-mail from our courier DPD. In it you will find your consignment number, you can either visit www.dpd.co.uk or call 08709 041017 and use this number to track the progress of your order.

 

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Of course! We allow up to 14 days for a refund or exchange. For our full returns policy please visit the returns section.

 

Where do I return my item to?

Return the item to PO Box 4282, Manchester, M60 3TU. Please remember to include your returns slip included with your original delivery.

 

I’ve returned an item for exchange. When will I get it?

If the new item you wanted is in stock then please allow at least 5 working days from posting your item back to us before contacting us regarding exchanges.

 

I’ve returned an item for a refund. When will I get it?

It will take at least 5 working days from you posting your item to us for us to receive and process the refund. The money may then take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your bank account. If after this time you have still not received your refund please contact customer services and quote your original order number.

 

If I have a faulty item can I get my postage money back?

Yes. It is very rare for any Henleys items to be faulty as we carry out intensive quality checks on all stock, however, if you do receive a faulty item simply return it to PO Box 4282, Manchester, M60 3TU and enclose your returns slip with a explanation of the fault. We will then refund or exchange the item for you and send you a cheque to cover the cost of your postage. Please ensure you enclose a reciept for the cost of your postage.
